L. Ashwyn Collins is a time-based audiovisual artist employing video, sound, photography, and installation among other media. Much of her work explores temporal and spatial issues of perception, desire, power, and control. She is an MFA candidate in New Media at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She received her BFA from The University of Colorado in 2006. Currently, she teaches at the University of Illinois in the New Media Program.
