About the Artist
L. Ashwyn Collins is a time-based audiovisual artist employing video, sound, photography, and installation among other media. Much of her work explores temporal and spatial issues of perception, desire, power, and agency. She received an MFA in New Media from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2010. Currently, she teaches Writing with Video at the University of Illinois.
